SERVING SUGGESTION
This pure matcha may be served with or without milk.
HOT MATCHA
In a bowl, place 1 teaspoon of pure matcha = 1.2-1.5g
Add 2 ounces of hot or cold water.
Whisk until tiny bubbles appear on top of the mixture. Add more hot water or milk. Add sugar or honey to taste.
ICED MATCHA
In a bowl, place 2 teaspoons of pure matcha:
for 16oz = 2tsp approximately 2g
for 22oz = 2.5 tsp approximately 3g
Add 2 ounces of hot or cold water.
Whisk until tiny bubbles appear on top of the mixture. Add fresh milk or coconut juice. Add sugar or honey to taste.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONSL
For best results, keep refrigerated. Store in airtight container. Use within 3 months of opening.
