This programme is a full day intensive all-things coffee course for beginners. It will provide the participants with basic skills and confidence to start a café or to save costs and enjoy the pleasures of making their own coffee at home. Participants will have lots of opportunities to practice making espresso-based coffee drinks using commercial espresso machines.
